FIDERIM, a leader in temporary work and recruitment in the French Caribbean and Guiana, has finalized the acquisition of Groupe CONFLUENT.
Founded nearly twenty years ago by Hervé RAMPON, CONFLUENT is a staffing group firmly anchored in Lyon and its region, through its network of 6 agencies. CONFLUENT provides a range of human resources services to VSE-SMES clients, including recruitment, part-time work, temporary work, and management. The group is led by a team of around twenty collaborators who fully adhere to the values defended by its founder, where skills and attitudes are inseparable. CONFLUENT’s premium positioning, the loyalty and diversity of its clientele, and the excellence of its services have contributed to building the company’s strong regional reputation. The Group achieved a turnover of approximately €10m in 2019.
ARYES is the parent company of a diversified industrial group, active in home and community equipment, tertiary space planning, metal processing, plastics and rubber, and business services, including its temporary work subsidiary FIDERIM. ARYES achieved a consolidated turnover of €263m in 2020 and employs 2,050 people. ARYES has always been committed to long-term support for its subsidiaries, supporting their organic development strategies and/or pursuing complementary acquisitions.
FIDERIM, a leader in temporary work and recruitment in the French Caribbean and Guiana, has been developing its expertise since 1988 through 6 agencies located in Martinique, Guadeloupe, and Guyana. ARYES has been supporting FIDERIM’s development since 1992. In 2018, FIDERIM expanded its activities in mainland France through the acquisition of a temporary work group with 5 agencies based in Annecy, Chambéry, and Albertville. Its founder and manager, Edouard LALLE, continues his entrepreneurial adventure with ARYES and currently manages FIDERIM’s activities in mainland France. FIDERIM’s overall turnover in 2020 was €43m.
The success of this operation is based both on the strong complementarity of FIDERIM’s and CONFLUENT’s locations and activities in France and on the parties’ willingness to place the human dimension at the heart of a common project.
