DOTNET, publisher of the SaaS payroll management platform Fiche-Paie.net, has completed its sale to INDY. The transaction brings together two software publishers dedicated to small businesses and enables INDY to natively integrate a payroll management component into its platform.
Advised by AURIS Finance as sell-side adviser, DOTNET joins a larger technology group able to accelerate its development and implement synergies, particularly commercial ones.
DOTNET: a software suite dedicated to payroll for very small businesses
Founded in Nantes in 2015 by Stéphane ALLIGNE, DOTNET publishes a suite of SaaS software meeting the needs of small businesses in terms of payroll management and employment and legal documentation. Drawing on his previous entrepreneurial experience, Stéphane ALLIGNE designed a platform specifically tailored to the managers of very small businesses.
The Fiche-Paie.net platform enables users to create, customise and download payslips for all types of employment contract, file mandatory social security declarations and make the necessary adjustments through to final settlement. The platform now has more than 200,000 professional users from a wide range of sectors across France.
INDY: an all-in-one application for self-employed professionals
INDY publishes an accounting and invoicing platform primarily designed for self-employed professionals. The solution covers business creation, business accounts, invoicing, bookkeeping and tax and social security declarations.
For several years, the company has pursued a strategy of functional expansion aimed at bringing together all of the administrative obligations of self-employed professionals in a single application.
A combination based on strong complementarities
The transaction follows a rationale of complementarity, in terms of both the client bases served and the features offered. It enables INDY to bring in-house proven payroll expertise and to meet its clients’ needs when they recruit their first employees.
