RACORDO and RIMSES, two business software publishers previously part of the Inetum group, have joined Dukem Solutions, a publisher specialising in industrial operations software led by Victor MATIA. Carried out as part of a carve-out, this transaction brings together two solutions that are well established in their markets and a company whose core business is software development.
Advised by Closing, the Inetum group thus completes the removal of these two businesses from its scope, while RACORDO and RIMSES enter a new stage of development within a dedicated structure.
Inetum: a digital services company operating on a European scale
Inetum supports businesses and organisations in their digital transformation. Among its subsidiaries, the group included two software publishers, RACORDO and RIMSES, which developed within its scope before being the subject of this carve-out, a prerequisite for their sale.
RACORDO and RIMSES: two business software solutions serving industry and distribution
RIMSES was designed specifically for maintenance teams. By bringing together the organisation, planning, monitoring and adjustment of interventions within a single tool, the software enables companies to increase the availability and reliability of their facilities.
RACORDO handles all the logistical, administrative and financial activities essential to production and wholesale businesses. The application pays particular attention to complex pricing and promotional structures, as well as to the variable logistics processes faced by many commercial and industrial companies.
Dukem Solutions: a publisher specialising in industrial operations software
Led by Victor MATIA, Dukem Solutions develops platforms designed to facilitate its clients’ operational management. The company is committed to offering reliable and innovative solutions that can be customised to the specific needs of each user.
The integration of RACORDO and RIMSES reflects a commitment to continuity and strategic investment. The long-standing reliability of these two solutions will now be strengthened by accelerated innovation, modernised interfaces and constant attention to clients’ operational needs.
Closing, represented by Maxime CLAES, led the sale process on behalf of Inetum, in collaboration with AURIS Finance, represented by Carlos BEDRAN and Mathieu BRUA.
