Over the last ten years, ERGALIS Group has become a major French player in the human resources services. Through a network of 120 agencies all over France, the Group generates revenues of more than €300 million and employs around 650 people. From now on, the Group aims to extend its specialist staffing services’ offer through Europe.
The latest acquisition of the Swiss company InterXpert confirms the Group’s ambition to develop its core business lines on the European scene.
Founded in 2003, InterXpert is a Geneva-based temporary work agency with a strong expertise in supplying medical job offers. With a team of around ten employees, the company has achieved a turnover of €15 million in 2021. The two founders of InterXpert, who will soon retire, will assist ERGALIS while a new management team is set up. With its specialist approach to the medical field, InterXpert is fully in line with ERGALIS’ global offer of specialized staffing solutions.

ERGALIS Group hopes that this first establishment in Geneva will be the beginning of an ambitious development across the other French-speaking cantons of the country. This acquisition in Switzerland represents a key step in the Group’s growth strategy started 10 years ago and completes all the investments made in international recruitment to better meet the expectations of its major customers.
