AURIS Finance assisted REGIONAL INTERIM in its sale to TRIANGLE

Regional Interim se rapproche du groupe Triangle

In just 20 years of existence, REGIONAL INTERIM has become an essential player in temporary employment in the Western region of France.

Since its creation, REGIONAL INTERIM has maintained a sustained level of growth and adequately developed its territorial network, enabling it to operate throughout the country and achieve a turnover of €150 million.

The group has adapted to the economic fabric of each of its agencies to meet the needs of its clients from various sectors such as construction, logistics, tertiary, various industries – including agri-food, naval and nuclear – and healthcare.

Today, REGIONAL INTERIM delegates nearly 4,000 temporary workers daily and employs 250 permanent employees within a network of 75 agencies, operating under the brands REGIONAL INTERIM and R INTERIM.

Since its acquisition in 1996 by Jean MERAFINA, the TRIANGLE group has changed its dimension to become a reference player in the French territory.

More recently, TRIANGLE has taken on a European dimension by making several acquisitions abroad over the past two years, totaling more than €140 million in turnover. The TRIANGLE group is now present in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, and Monaco. With the acquisition of AB2Pro, TRIANGLE has also developed specialized expertise in delegating complete teams of foreign temporary workers throughout Europe.

The TRIANGLE group also continues its ambitions in the French territory, as evidenced by this merger with REGIONAL INTERIM, which represents the largest external growth operation carried out since its creation.

These two family businesses – whose shared values and common vision of the human resources universe have greatly contributed to the success of this operation – now form a heavyweight in the sector and have 190 locations in France.

AURIS Finance acted as the exclusive advisor to REGIONAL INTERIM.
