On November 22, 2022, the family-owned group CAP INGELEC, a leading French player in the field of engineering and construction of complex buildings (Datacenters, Critical Infrastructures, and Cleanrooms), finalized the acquisition of the Grenoble-based company CONCEPTUEL, specialized in the design and construction of controlled industrial environments (cleanrooms, laboratories, production lines, etc.).
This operation allows CAP INGELEC to acquire additional cutting-edge skills in one of its three Strategic Business Areas (SBAs) and to benefit from development opportunities in the Grenoble region:
