AURIS Finance stands out in investment bank rankings

For the second year in a row, AURIS Finance has been ranked among the top investment banks by Leader League, a media publisher and rating agency.

AURIS Finance, “the investment bank dedicated to SMEs”, starts 2024 with an award. According to the Décideurs ranking, AURIS Finance has been awarded an “Excellent” rating in the Mergers & Acquisitions category for transactions up to €30 million. A year earlier, AURIS Finance was rated “Strong reputation” in the same ranking. This significant improvement is a tribute to the work of the consultancy’s teams throughout the year.

In the top 10 of French investment banks

In another ranking by CFNEWS, AURIS Finance was named one of the top ten most dynamic investment banks in the Mergers and Acquisitions category. In recent years, our firm has built up an excellent reputation in the support of small and medium-sized companies. In 2023, our teams assisted around twenty company directors in their sales and acquisitions, and in their search for financial partners.

Around twenty transactions per year

One of the special features of AURIS Finance is that it surrounds itself with established professionals. Specialised by industry, our experts all have operational experience, and most are former company directors. As a result, they know their clients’ businesses and the associated operational issues inside out. Founded and led by Jacques Roboh, an entrepreneur in the temporary employment sector, AURIS Finance has a strong commitment to companies in the human resources sector. Over the years, many experts have joined our team, enabling us to provide excellent bespoke support to companies in the agri-food and mass retail sectors, transport and logistics, TMT, industrial services and engineering.

New opportunities

AURIS Finance experts are optimistic about 2024. While 2023 was marked by a drying up of financing linked to macroeconomic uncertainties and rising interest rates, 2024 will be the year of new opportunities for the M&A market. While the overall number of transactions fell between 2022 and 2023, mandates for small and mid-cap deals are on the rise again. In addition to mega-deals, many smaller transactions were completed in 2023 with the help of investment banks. Now more than ever, companies need to surround themselves with advisors to successfully complete their structuring. The experts at AURIS Finance have understood this and are working closely with companies in Paris and other French regions. Following the opening of an office in Nantes, an office was opened in Lyon in 2023.
