According to the Décideurs ranking, AURIS Finance has been awarded an “Excellent” rating in the Mergers & Acquisitions category for transactions up to €30 million. A year earlier, AURIS Finance was rated “Strong reputation” in the same ranking. This significant improvement is a tribute to the work of the consultancy’s teams throughout the year.
In the top 10 of French investment banks
In another ranking by CFNEWS, AURIS Finance was named one of the top ten most dynamic investment banks in the Mergers and Acquisitions category. In recent years, our firm has built up an excellent reputation in the support of small and medium-sized companies. In 2023, our teams assisted around twenty company directors in their sales and acquisitions, and in their search for financial partners.

While the overall number of transactions fell between 2022 and 2023, mandates for small and mid-cap deals are on the rise again. In addition to mega-deals, many smaller transactions were completed in 2023 with the help of investment banks. Now more than ever, companies need to surround themselves with advisors to successfully complete their structuring. Following the opening of an office in Nantes, an office was opened in Lyon in 2023.
