SOFABEX, European leader in fuel pump manufacturing, and its subsidiaries Spring Service (springs manufacturting) and Stamping Service (stamping, plastic injection and foundry), were sold to industrial holding HPMI, represented by Mr. Patrick MICHELETTI.
AURIS Finance organized the sale using a controlled auction process. Patrick MICHELETTI (trained as an engineer and boasting the experience and knowledge of both a production manager and a general manager of several industrial sites) soon proved to be the best choice.
