AURIS Finance advises LIP INTERIM on the acquisition of the CGR network
Created in 1966, CGR is a temporary working group comprising a network of 24 agencies spread over 10 French regions.
More than fifty years after creating its first agency, Luis Figuerola handed over to the temporary working group LIP.
This acquisition enables the LIP Group to expand its presence in and strengthen its network of agencies in France.
