EVS INTERIM, a forerunner in temporary employment in the Paris region, has finalised its sale to HER FINANCES, the holding company of a diversified group with a strong presence in human resources.
Founded in 1969, EVS INTERIM has established itself as a key player in multi-specialist temporary staffing in the Paris region. Operating from its headquarters in Livry-Gargan, the company serves a diversified customer base, mainly composed of SMEs operating in the transportation, logistics, services, construction and hotel sectors.
HER FINANCES, represented by Mr Charles HERBELOT, proved to be the ideal buyer for EVS INTERIM. This acquisition fits in perfectly with the group’s external growth strategy, offering numerous synergies:
- Geographical expansion and regional reinforcement: the integration of EVS INTERIM strengthens the presence of HER FINANCES in Île-de-France, thus consolidating its position in the regional market.
- Process optimisation: the pooling of temporary employment databases creates a larger talent pool, enhancing delegation efficiency.
- Business development: the convergence of services and the customer base will encourage cross-selling, enabling a wider range of solutions to be offered to customers.
- Operational efficiency: the combined expertise of commercial and recruitment teams will improve responsiveness and enhance client request management, optimizing operational processes.
The deal should enable HER FINANCES and the group’s other entities achieve a consolidated turnover of €10m by 2025.
