Founded in 2003, ITAMSYS (turnover of €4 million) is a Lyon-based IT services company operating in the fields of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Customer Experience (CX) management. ITAMSYS integrates solutions from leading market publishers, including Easyvista and Freshworks.
This strategic acquisition aligns with a shared vision to accelerate the growth of both companies and to foster mutually beneficial synergies. ITAMSYS will gain access to a broader network of major corporate clients and technological partners, while DEODIS will strengthen its regional presence and expand its scope of expertise.
The role of AURIS Finance
AURIS Finance structured the project by identifying regional players that align with DEODIS’s external growth objectives. A dialogue with various players was conducted by AURIS Finance, and ITAMSYS was identified as the ideal candidate due to its geographical location, ITSM expertise, and the values upheld by its founders.
