Founded in 2008, the temporary employment group FESTOU INTERIM has built a solid reputation in the Normandy region through its network of 4 agencies (Caen, Vire, Saint-Lô and Rouen). FESTOU INTERIM is led by a team of around 15 permanent employees and provides temporary work and recruitment services to a clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly in the industrial and construction sectors.
The quality of its teams, its proximity, and its responsiveness in its relations with clients and candidates contributed to the strong resilience of the FESTOU INTERIM Group in 2020. This strong momentum continues in 2021; the Group plans to achieve a turnover of around €12 million this year, its highest in history.
The MORGAN SERVICES Group is a temporary employment group that has experienced strong growth since its creation in 1972. Today, MORGAN SERVICES has a network of 85 generalist temporary employment agencies located throughout the country and in Luxembourg, employing 270 permanent staff.
Wishing to strengthen its territorial coverage in France and bring closer to temporary employment companies anchored locally, the FESTOU INTERIM Group perfectly meets its development strategy and is in line with its corporate values.
The foundations of the merger
Beyond the strong complementarity between these two groups, this merger was also driven by their common desire to develop “temporary employment on a human scale” with respect, consideration and welcome to all actors in temporary work.
The merger with MORGAN SERVICES offers new ambitions and development prospects for FESTOU INTERIM.
“We greatly appreciated the philosophy of the founding-managers of the FESTOU Group and their strong knowledge of the market which presided over the development of this group, which we wish to maintain. We thank AURIS Finance for the quality of the file presented, their responsiveness and the fluidity of our exchanges which greatly facilitated the success of this operation,”
said Didier RITTENER, CEO of the MORGAN SERVICES Group.
“With Didier RITTENER and Morgan Services, we immediately found ourselves at the same level of values. This was the most important thing for us to ensure a transmission from which our employees could continue to thrive. As for the AURIS firm, through the person of Damien GROS, it put us in ideal negotiation conditions in a divestiture exercise that we were not familiar with. This is obviously invaluable at such a decisive moment in our professional lives,”
said André FESTOU, Founder of the FESTOU INTERIM Group.
