A private individual has acquired FPA Métal Projet (Fabrication Prototypes Automobiles), a French company recognised for its expertise in automotive prototyping, sheet metal work and precision boilermaking. The transaction marks a new stage in the company’s history and reflects the new management’s intention to invest in a high value-added industrial sector.

FPA Métal Projet: technical expertise built over more than thirty years
Based in Ennery, in the Val-d’Oise, FPA Métal Projet has over time built recognised expertise in metal processing and in the manufacture of technical parts for demanding sectors. Automotive prototypes, precision sheet metal work, boilermaking and machining: the company covers a broad range of skills, enabling it to support its clients on bespoke projects. It currently employs around fifteen people, in the image of a human-scale industrial SME, agile and specialised.

This acquisition forms part of the project pursued by the buyer, who was seeking to take over an industrial company with distinctive technical roots and strong potential.
