MV Group, an independent Rennes-based group specialised in data and digital marketing, has announced the acquisition of ReCom, a Lyon-based B2B sales prospecting agency. The deal was announced on 6 July 2026 and marks the group’s thirteenth acquisition since its inception.

Based in Cesson-Sévigné, in Ille-et-Vilaine, MV Group has been built since its creation in 2010 around a set of complementary business lines covering marketing strategy, digital acquisition and customer data management. The group posted revenue of 80 million euros in 2025 and employs 350 people across 7 subsidiaries. This thirteenth deal fits into the Olympe 2030 strategic plan, which sets the group’s development trajectory for the coming years.
With ReCom, MV Group fills a missing link in its value chain: turning a lead into a qualified sales meeting. Until now, the group’s offering covered marketing strategy and digital acquisition, without covering direct sales prospecting in-house. The deal therefore allows MV Group to offer clients end-to-end support, from traffic generation to booking meetings with qualified prospects, with no gap between marketing and sales teams.
The move reflects a broader trend in digital marketing, where integrated groups are looking to bring together complementary areas of expertise to offer their SME and mid-cap clients an end-to-end service. Rather than juggling multiple specialist providers, these clients are increasingly turning to a single point of contact able to steer the entire acquisition journey, from data to sales conversion.
A Lyon-based agency recognised in B2B prospecting
Founded in 2013, ReCom has around fifty employees and generates revenue of 3 million euros. The agency supports SMEs, mid-cap companies and large groups on their B2B sales development challenges, through programmes combining telesales, social selling, email marketing and a data-driven approach. This dual capability, both human and technological, matches the type of complementarity MV Group looks for in its acquisitions.
The deal also strengthens the Rennes group’s regional footprint, taking its Lyon headcount to 80 people, in a city that is strategic for its expansion in south-eastern France. Beyond the geographic dimension, the integration of ReCom brings MV Group thirteen years of field experience in sales development, expertise that complements the group’s existing capabilities in data and digital marketing.
Governance continuity to support the integration
Jean-Michel Berjaud, founder of ReCom, will remain at the head of the agency and will personally support its integration into MV Group, which is chaired by Olivier Méril. This managerial continuity reflects an approach that the Rennes group regularly favours in its external growth deals, whereby the founders of acquired companies keep an active role during the integration phase.
For the second half of 2026, the challenge for MV Group will be to demonstrate its ability to integrate the ReCom teams alongside its existing expertise in data and digital acquisition, while maintaining the sustained pace of external growth that has marked recent years. With thirteen acquisitions completed in fifteen years, MV Group has built a development model in which each new entity fills a specific link in its clients’ value chain, an approach that looks set to continue under the Olympe 2030 plan.
