Auris Finance has advised Job&Box, a leading independent player in temporary staffing and recruitment in western France, on its combination with Groupe Morgan Services, an independent national player in recruitment and temporary staffing. The transaction marks a new stage in Job&Box‘s development and reflects the consolidation currently under way in the human resources sector.
The deal is built on a shared ambition: to enable Job&Box to continue growing by drawing on the strength of a national group, while preserving the local roots and entrepreneurial culture that set it apart.
