December 2025 marks a major milestone for the Breton economic landscape: Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh, two independent and complementary companies based in Montauban-de-Bretagne (Ille-et-Vilaine), have joined the family-owned Proman Group. Advised by AURIS Finance, these transactions illustrate a long-term trend: the consolidation of local players within groups capable of providing resources, stability and growth prospects.
The shared objective is clear: to enable locally rooted companies to continue their development while preserving their identity, operational autonomy and expertise.
Two Breton companies, two businesses, one shared ambition
Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh share a strong proximity to local needs while meeting demanding industrial standards. They embody a productive Brittany focused on employment and performance.
Breizh Intérim: temporary staffing serving Breton territories
Founded in Montauban-de-Bretagne, Breizh Intérim is an independent temporary staffing and permanent recruitment agency with six locations across Brittany. With 30 employees, it supports a wide range of clients, particularly in industry (including agri-food), construction and logistics.
Its strength lies in its deep knowledge of local labor markets and its ability to provide HR solutions tailored to regional needs.
Presta Breizh: a key player in secondary meat processing services
Presta Breizh, also based in Montauban-de-Bretagne, stands out for its expertise in providing experienced staff to companies involved in secondary meat processing.
On site, the company operates across the entire production line: cutting, trimming and packaging. This is a demanding business that requires a high level of technical skill and rigorous organization.
A strategic partnership designed for the long term
By joining the Proman Group, these two Breton companies gain a national dimension without giving up their local DNA. The Proman Group, present in 18 countries with 1,278 agencies and revenue of €4.4 billion in 2024, brings investment capacity, tools and structural stability.
For Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh, this represents an opportunity for growth, business development and access to additional resources.
For Proman, this transaction is part of a strategy to strengthen its regional presence in Brittany and to enrich its service offering, particularly in the agri-food sector through Presta Breizh.
An entrepreneurial journey rewarded
The executives of Groupe Breizh, François Garnier and Philippe Allo, highlight the trajectory of the two companies:
“Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh were born from the entrepreneurial initiative of Éric Coëffet. In 2009, we took over both entities, and in 16 years we have multiplied revenue by ten. We are very proud of the partnership with the Proman Group, where we continue to grow with the same values.”
This partnership is not an end point, but a new phase of development driven by a shared ambition: to create sustainable jobs and support regional growth.
A shared vision for employment and growth
Roland Gomez, head of Proman, confirms this expansion strategy:
“With Philippe and François, as well as all the teams, we are going to accelerate our development in Western France and across the entire country. Together, we will continue to create sustainable jobs in the regions.”
The partnership between Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh and the Proman Group thus illustrates a dual dynamic:
the consolidation of the sector, driven by players capable of supporting the growth of local SMEs;
the rise of the agri-food sector, a key industry in Brittany, benefiting from strong industrial backing.
The role of AURIS Finance: supporting the transition and securing the transaction
AURIS Finance acted as exclusive advisor to Breizh Intérim and Presta Breizh, managing the entire process from preparation to signing. The team highlighted the complementarities between the two groups and secured the transaction, ensuring that the deal respected the identity and values of the Breton companies.
