UPSKILLS is a firm entirely dedicated to recruitment and high-end head hunting. Based in Paris, UPSKILLS has for more than 10 years built a solid reputation in the IT, marketing and communication sectors.

ERGALIS is a Human Resources Group (temporary work, recruitment, RPO …) developing its expertise around business specializations, including banking-finance, skilled construction, tourism, skilled industry or food industries

At the end of the entire sales process led by AURIS Finance experts, the choice of ERGALIS proved to be the most relevant: UPSKILLS ‘very complementary know-how was an appropriate response to the development project of Group ERGALIS.
