A graduate of IAE Rouen, HEC Executive, and INSEAD Executive, Eric ROUSSEL has over 30 years of experience in general management within the catering, services, and facility management sectors. He notably served as CEO of Elior Entreprises France and Luxembourg, managing a turnover of €950 million and leading 11,000 employees. His leadership successfully drove major transformation projects, created new activities, and completed several mergers and acquisitions. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Eric also led successful turnaround missions, such as at Kalhyge, and founded Life’s Resto in Luxembourg. His operational experience and strategic vision enable him to identify and seize emerging opportunities in constantly evolving sectors.
