In just over twenty years of existence, MANTRANS has managed to build recognized expertise in the temporary transport labor segment.
With a turnover of €80 million in 2019, the Group has become the independent leader in the sector in France, where it operates through a strong network of 22 agencies.
Historically anchored in the transport sector, MANTRANS quickly expanded into the logistics sector and now offers a comprehensive offering centered on human resources, and available in each of its specialties, particularly through the launch of a training institute and a recruitment consulting firm.
Founded in 2005, the LIP (Professional Interim) Group initially specialized in piping and boilermaking trades, before diversifying into qualified temporary employment for other industrial sectors, such as tertiary, construction, and hospitality-restoration. With this broad sector coverage, the Group is now expanding into neighboring European countries. It currently generates a turnover of over €400 million.
By acquiring MANTRANS, the LIP Group remains faithful to its historical entrepreneurial approach and continues its strategy of building the leading specialized interim network in France, of which MANTRANS will complement the “LIP H24” unit, targeting jobs requiring 24-hour intervention capability.
