Keyrus strengthens its Intelligent Finance offering with the acquisition of Inlumi

Keyrus muscle son offre de Finance Intelligente avec l'acquisition d'Inlumi

Keyrus has announced the acquisition of Inlumi, a Dutch specialist in enterprise performance management headquartered in Utrecht. The transaction, signed on 7 July 2026, is part of the external growth strategy of the group listed on Euronext Growth Paris and aims to consolidate an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) market still considered highly fragmented.

Analysis by the experts at Auris Finance, advisors in mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering.

Keyrus generated revenue of €331.7 million in 2025, driven in particular by its Mid-Market segment, up 9.2%, and employs more than 3,000 people across 30 countries. The group has built recognised expertise in data and artificial intelligence consulting, which it now intends to extend to technology platforms for financial performance management.

Inlumi generates around €28 million in annual revenue, relies on more than 170 specialists and serves over 250 large corporate clients worldwide. The company specialises in group financial consolidation, financial planning, and financial and tax reporting.

Complementary technology architecture

The combination responds to the transformation of finance departments, where artificial intelligence is gradually being integrated into functions historically built around manual processes and disparate systems. Keyrus and Inlumi thus bring together skills that until now were spread across several specialist providers.

The transaction is designed as an addition of capabilities rather than a replacement of existing solutions. Inlumi brings deep expertise in OneStream, Oracle and Tagetik, while Keyrus is recognised for Anaplan and the data and AI ecosystem. Every existing technology partnership is preserved, allowing clients to retain the architecture best suited to their needs.

Four strategic priorities

The acquisition addresses four priorities. The first is to build an independent intelligent performance management platform, bringing together operational planning and group consolidation, two areas handled separately until now. The second aims to grow recurring revenue through Inlumi’s proprietary software solutions and managed services. The third concerns the extension of these managed services on a global scale, with round-the-clock availability. The fourth is intended to accelerate the group’s international expansion, consolidating its presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa while strengthening its capabilities in the Americas and Asia-Pacific.

For Eric Cohen, founder and executive chairman of Keyrus, the transaction marks a decisive step in building the group’s intelligence architecture, with finance becoming, in his view, a central point of convergence for steering companies.

Governance and operational continuity

Inlumi’s current management remains in place. Ashley Chapman, who leads the company, joins the executive management of Keyrus’s global EPM practice, headed by Nicolas Camerman. Inlumi will retain its market identity and will operate under the name “Inlumi, a Keyrus company”.

This transaction is part of a broader consolidation of the data and financial technology consulting sector, in which finance departments are seeking partners able to cover the entire value chain, from advisory and implementation through to managed services. For Inlumi, backing from an international group provides a growth platform. For Keyrus, the acquisition strengthens its ability to offer an end-to-end proposition to finance departments.
