Marc-Olivier has pursued his entire career in the agri-food sector. He has held prominent positions both with major industrial companies (Kraft/Mondelez, Orangina, Mars, or Kronenbourg) and within SMEs and agricultural cooperatives. More recently, Marc-Olivier founded and developed the Fabulous French Brasseurs group of craft breweries. Throughout his numerous experiences, Marc-Olivier has successfully led several merger and acquisition operations, acquiring strong expertise in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sector (retail, foodservice, and organic networks), animal nutrition, and food products.
