A graduate of Agro Toulouse/INA PG, Michel Sanson has over 35 years' experience in the food and agricultural sector in France and the United Kingdom, primarily in Food Service and B2B.

Michel has worked within private, family-owned and cooperative groups such as BestFoods, Pomona and Sodiaal, in general management roles, developing dual expertise in Industry and Distribution. He has led external growth operations, integrating and consolidating SMEs, and has in-depth experience across a range of sectors: Grocery, Fruit & Vegetables, Seafood and Dairy Products. Today, Michel puts his expertise to work for manufacturers and Food Service players on behalf of AURIS Finance, and serves as President of Geco Food Service, the trade association for suppliers to the Out-of-Home Consumption sector, until June 2026.
