Julien YOUNES Auditor, Chartered accountant
Julien is a chartered accountant and auditor. During his career, he has been involved in numerous business and intangible asset valuation missions (majority and minority stakes, goodwill, brand) and has accompanied managers in the context of acquisitions and disposals of business.
Julien has also worked on international arbitration and financial litigation cases relating both to the termination of established commercial relations and to damages suffered in the context of fraudulent commercial relations. He began his career as a consultant at PWC and worked at OCA in the arbitration department. He is also a speaker at Assas within the magisterium of business lawyer to provide his expertise on merger-acquisition operations.
