E-learning Touch’, a cooperative company based in Guipavas in Finistère, is acquiring 100% of Stratice, a consultancy specialising in the digitalisation of training, based in Roche-lez-Beaupré in the Doubs. Stratice’s team is retained and integrated into that of the acquirer. The consultancy continues its activity under the name Stratice by E-learning Touch’.
The transaction extends a commercial partnership already established between the two companies around artificial intelligence applied to training.

Founded in 2011 as a cooperative company, E-learning Touch’ generated revenue of €2.29 million in 2023. The company has more than 35 employees and over 500 clients, including Sanofi and L’Oréal. It supports businesses and training organisations in the digitalisation of their programmes. Its offering covers the deployment of the Moodle, Moodle Workplace and GoodMood LMS platforms, hosting, migration, mobile applications and the production of learning content. The company also develops its own tools, including an artificial intelligence suite integrated into Moodle and a learning path analytics solution. A certified Moodle Premium Partner since 2024, it is listed as a software publisher with UGAP.
Since 2002, Stratice has worked on the digitalisation of training initiatives. The consultancy operates in project management assistance, project delivery, consulting and training. Its assignments cover the management of digital transformation, audits, the drafting of specifications and the evaluation of training platforms, as well as train-the-trainer programmes. A Qualiopi-certified training organisation, Stratice also runs workshops on developing artificial intelligence strategies.
From a commercial partnership to a capital integration
Prior to the transaction, the two companies had created L’ALLIANCE, a joint brand dedicated to artificial intelligence in training. It brings together training in practical use, consulting, software, research and certification. The acquisition thus turns a contractual cooperation into full ownership. This arrangement made it possible to test the complementarity of the teams and offerings before committing capital.

He highlights 360-degree support for existing and future clients alike. Jean-Luc Peuvrier, former director of Stratice, for his part emphasises the closeness and professionalism of two recognised teams, with solid and varied client references.
Consulting upstream, technology downstream
The two businesses operate at successive stages of the same project. Stratice steps in when the client is defining its needs: audit, specifications, choice of platform. E-learning Touch’ takes over for implementation and operation. The combined entity now covers the full cycle, from initial diagnosis to maintenance.
Stratice by E-learning Touch’ becomes the group’s instructional innovation division. It brings together a training catalogue, expertise in instructional design, a media production studio and a software offering. The catalogue includes the certified training programme “Becoming a Generative AI Lead in a Training Organisation”, contributed by Stratice. The consultancy’s long-standing clients have direct access to E-learning Touch”s Moodle division: hosting, migration, research and bespoke development.
For E-learning Touch’, the transaction strengthens the consulting dimension of its offering and broadens its client base. For Stratice, joining a structure with hosting, development and research capabilities gives its consulting assignments a direct technical extension.
