AURIS Finance supports the merger between DATALUMNI and YMAG

Datalumni

Datalumni, an innovative platform specialized in assisting schools with managing their alumni networks (directory, mentoring, job board, internal messaging, etc.), has opened its capital to the Dijon-based group YMAG, a major player in the field of software solutions for training management.

This merger with Datalumni allows Ymag to strengthen its offering in the training sector by adding a new dimension to its range of software solutions. This partnership is in line with Ymag’s strategy to build a comprehensive service platform for training centers, after establishing itself as a key player with its flagship products Ypareo and Oryzea, used by more than 3,000 institutions and 55,000 daily users.

Datalumni, founded by Laura Lizé and based in Annecy (74), specializes in helping schools manage their alumni networks by offering a platform that facilitates directory management, mentoring, access to job opportunities, and internal communication. With around 100 clients, Datalumni helps schools maintain connections with their graduates and support the professional integration of their students.

“We are proud to have supported the strategic merger between Datalumni and Ymag. We extend our best wishes for success to the teams in this new phase, particularly through the numerous commercial and technological synergies that will emerge from it,” said Pascal BORDAT, partner at AURIS Finance.

For Laura Lizé, Founder of Datalumni: “The contribution of an Ed-Tech expert will naturally allow us to deliver even more features to our users. By bringing Ymag into our capital, we also aim to give a new dimension to Datalumni’s trajectory and explore new markets.”

For Arnaud Guillaume, President of Ymag: “This partnership embodies our investment policy, ensuring that training providers have effective and adaptable tools at every stage of their learners’ journeys, including post-graduation. We strongly believe in the power of alumni networks and their positive impact on recognizing training quality, providing internship opportunities, and enhancing overall professional integration.”
