With more than a dozen completed transactions and a turnover of €200 million for 2021, AURIS Finance ranks among the top 10 French M&A consultancies (5th independent consultancy – excluding the Big Four and bank subsidiaries).
2021 was marked by the completion of a number of major transactions (e.g. the merger of REGIONAL INTERIM and TRIANGLE) and the strengthening of our teams, particularly in the agri-food and IT sectors, with the arrival of Nicolas PRIEUR and Carlos BEDRAN respectively.
In view of the large number of operations underway, mainly in France but also internationally, 2022 is already shaping up to be a promising year.
