AURIS Finance advises shareholder on the sale of LA TREMEVENOISE to ATOM Group

AURIS Finance advises La TREVEMENOISE located in Finistère near Quimperlé in its merger with ATOM Group in Vendée.

Created in 1979, LA TREVEMENOISE is specialized in the production of crepes and Breton pastries. The company has achieved €2.7 million of sales in 2023 and employs around twenty people. LA TREMEVENOISE works mainly with Breton customers, including supermarkets and local wholesalers. Having developed the business well since his arrival in 2020, Antoine PERRAULT took the opportunity to sell to David REVERSEAU and Tugdual RABREAU, founder of the Vendée-based ATOM group.
