AURIS Finance advises EXOMIND in the acquisition of TAK

EXOMIND, a web development and IT consulting firm, announces the acquisition of TAK, a Paris-based IT services company.

Established in 2018 by Vivien TRANVAUX, TAK offers its deep expertise in Product Management to major clients across various sectors (Industry, Energy, Banking, Telecommunications…). The company has posted a sustained growth since its inception and achieved a turnover exceeding 3 million euros with a team of around 30 consultants.

This external growth operation aims to create synergies between the two entities and enhance EXOMIND’s services offer.
