Founded in1976 by Brigitte Arnaud-Boué, GOULIBEUR has built a solid reputation thanks to its Broyé du Poitou. Based in Poitiers (86), the biscuits factory has been taken over in 2019 by the Vendée-based ATOM GROUP, founded by the former owners of PASO and active in the food and catering sector. The company has recorded sales of 6 million euros in 2022.
MAISON DUPREZ, run by Vincent and Sylvie Duprez with the help of their children, employs 140 people and achieved sales of 40 million euros in 2022. The family business, based in the Hauts-de-France region, currently owns four artisan biscuits factories (La Dunkerkoise, Biscuiterie Eugène Blond, Isidore Penven and Biscuiterie Augereau) grouped under the banner « La Manufacture des biscuits », as well as three confectionary shops in Northern and Western France.
In February 2023, the Group has added Biscuiterie AUGEREAU to its portfolio, a transaction also advised by AURIS Finance. Located in Saint-Benoît (86), the Viennese company is distinguished by its specialization in the manufacture of regional cookies such as Broyé du Poitou.
This operation will enable MAISON DUPREZ to bring together the artisan biscuits factories AUGEREAU and GOULIBEUR, two Broyé du Poitou specialists. According to Vincent Duprez « The two brands will continue to coexist, and will pool their sales and logistics activities with the aim of strengthening their position on a regional scale ».
