AURIS Finance advises ALLIANCE Group on the sale of ULYSSE MAREE, a fish and shellfish processing company located in the main port of Guilvinec, on the auction quay. This location enables the company to offer a wide range of seafood products (skates, monkfish, langoustines, etc.). ULYSSE MARÉE is a member of Pavillon France.

MYTILIMER, based in Brittany near Saint-Malo, is a European leader in the production and distribution of mussels, oysters and other shellfish. The group employs 155 people and realised 60 million euros of sales last year.

AURIS Finance acted as exclusive advisor to the ALLIANCE Group in the sale of ULYSSE MAREE.
