Created in 2008, ACCESS CLEAN became in a few years a major actor in the cleaning and maintenance industry for residences in Île-de-France. Located in Val d’Europe, the company operates mainly for customers located in Seine-et-Marne but also in other departments of Île-de-France.
Auris Finance advised AGENOR Group, a cleaning and maintenance company, in all negotiations that led to the acquisition of ACCESS CLEAN. This acquisition enables AGENOR Group to absorb a new customer base in the residence sector while offering more proximity to its customers from the East of Paris thanks to this new installation in the burgeoning sector of Val d’Europe – Marne La Vallée.
