Anywr, the French leader in international recruitment and professional mobility, has just acquired Solantis, a specialist in the recruitment of “top executives” in the digital, IT and sales sectors. Hiring specialists are now the subject of much covetousness. Following the acquisition of the Dutch company TIMING by the French company PROMAN, it is now the turn of a French company to be absorbed by a larger entity. In just a few years, Anywr (formerly Cooptalis) has positioned itself among the many market players specialising in expatriation.
Professions in demand
On 18 January 2023, Anywr, the international recruitment specialist, announced the acquisition of Solantis, a major player in the recruitment of top executives in digital, IT and sales, three types of profile which are particularly in demand at this time of tension in the labour market. In fact, talents specialising in digital, IT and sales are currently in high demand by recruiters who are struggling to find candidates to fill their vacancies. “In a context of talent scarcity and massive change in hiring and working methods, the acquisition of Solantis enables Anywr to offer its clients in France a much wider choice of recruitment methods and to strengthen its local presence,” the group said in a statement.
Recruiting continues to go digital at a fast pace
Since the health crisis, the recruitment sector is well on its way to digitalisation. Created in 2012, Anywr stands out for the support it offers companies, from the search for rare talents to relocation projects. This support is underpinned by the Group’s software expertise, which provides all its clients with digital HR tools and solutions. In 2022, Anywr (formerly Cooptalis) changed its name to support its international growth strategy and is now present in sixteen countries with 23 offices. Since its creation, Anywr has assisted more than 30,000 rare talents in their relocation projects and has nearly 4,000 partner companies.
Nine acquisitions in five years
Solantis is the ninth company to join Anywr since 2018. In five years, the company from Northern France has acquired several recruitment companies specialising in expatriation. To consolidate its international development, the company has positioned itself with expatriation specialists operating in Switzerland, such as Geneva Relocation, but also in Spain with Antares, or in India and China with Expat Partners. The integration of Solantis will enable the Group to enrich its range of hiring services in France with an offer dedicated to the search for top management profiles. The Solantis management team will remain at the helm, supported by the company’s 91 employees, and will benefit from Anywr’s expertise, particularly in the field of application programming interfaces.
