Founded by Gary Daguisé in 1998 in Ardin, Les P’tits Amoureux manufactures and markets high-end biscuits and pastries. Since 2018, the company has been owned by Biofournil, a subsidiary of the CAVAC cooperative group, spread across 130 sites in the Vendée, Deux-Sèvres and neighboring departments, and with consolidated sales of €1.16 billion.
Launched in 2012 by Alexis de Galembert, La Fabrique Cookies undertakes its first external growth operation with the acquisition of the biscuit company P’tits Amoureux.
Les P’tits Amoureux, based in Ardin, 70 km from La Rochelle, will enable La Fabrique Cookies to diversify its offering with long-life products, while gaining access to new strategic markets.
Once consolidated, the acquisition of P’tits Amoureux will enable La Fabrique Cookies to achieve its target of 13 million euros in sales by 2024.
“We are proud to be taking over this fine SME specializing in Broyé de Poitou, with its strong identity, excellent products and loyal, dedicated team. This marks a new milestone for La Fabrique Cookies. It will give us the opportunity to reach new markets, presenting a real commercial challenge for us.” explains Alexis de Galembert, founder of La Fabrique Cookies.
