Anne has a deep experience in equity advisory services and has successfully completed over a hundred M&A transactions.

After an initial 15 years experience in the Transaction Services department of a leading bank subsidiary, Anne continued her career in a private equity firm which she run for ten years.

In this role, Anne supported company directors in their strategic reflection about capital mobility, capital structuring and transmission, fund-raising and LBO deals.

With a background in Finance and Law (Graduated from ASSAS and Sciences Po Paris), Anne joins AURIS Finance to support company managers in the human resources and services sectors.
