A graduate of IAE Rouen, the HEC Executive Program and the INSEAD Executive Program, Eric has over 30 years of senior management experience in catering, services, and facility management.

As former CEO of Elior Enterprises France and Luxembourg (€950m turnover, 11,000 employees), he led large-scale transformation and growth projects, created new business lines, and oversaw several M&A transactions.
He also successfully carried out turnaround missions, notably at Kalhyge, and founded Life’s Resto in Luxembourg.
With his deep knowledge of these industries, Eric is able to anticipate and capture the trends and opportunities shaping the multiservices, hospitality, and catering sectors.
