Rædy, a French consulting and digital services group, has announced the acquisition of a 40.8% stake in Ipanema Technology, a company specialising in IT consulting, cloud and applied artificial intelligence. The transaction is expected to lead to a full legal and operational merger on 1 September 2026, subject to completion of the final formalities.

This two-stage structuring, a minority stake followed by a merger within a few months, corresponds to a pattern frequently seen in consolidations between services players: in practice, it allows a gradual transition to begin before the full legal completion is finalised. In this case, Ipanema’s teams have already adopted the Rædy identity in their commercial communications, ensuring a clear and consistent transition for the clients and partners of both organisations.
Three technology building blocks targeted to complement the existing offering
Founded in 2021, Rædy has built its positioning around six areas of expertise: data and AI, cloud and operations, cybersecurity, application development, business solutions and digital communication. The combination with Ipanema is intended to strengthen three of these areas in particular: AI applied to business use cases, cloud and application environments, and nearshore delivery, the latter drawing on the group’s operational presence in Morocco. According to Rædy, the arrival of Ipanema’s teams should bring it greater depth of expertise, delivery capacity and flexibility through nearshore resources, as part of a broader approach to covering the value chain, from scoping and advisory work through to architecture, development, security and scaling.
A combined entity with €13 million in pro forma revenue
Once the merger is finalised, the new entity operating under the Rædy brand will represent more than €13 million in pro forma revenue and bring together 120 employees and consultants in France and Morocco. The two organisations intend to pool their tools, methods, sales teams and delivery capabilities within a single structure.
David Meyer, chairman of the Rædy group, states that this combination strengthens the group’s ability to support companies on their strategic challenges, by gaining greater depth of expertise and delivery capacity through nearshore resources. Matthieu Langenfeld, chairman of Ipanema Technology, for his part describes a natural development logic driven by an entrepreneurial culture shared by both organisations.
A combination designed to address the scaling of AI
Rædy presents this alliance as a response to an observation it makes itself: the market largely remains at the experimentation stage when it comes to artificial intelligence, without having managed to industrialise it at scale within companies. The group therefore intends to enable its clients to stop managing their digital transformations in technological silos, and instead adopt a comprehensive approach covering the entire value chain, from strategic consulting through to operational execution.
