Dékuple sets up in the Middle East: an international move that says a lot about the group’s ambitions

Dékuple s'installe au Moyen-Orient : une offensive internationale qui dit beaucoup sur l'ambition du groupe

With 242.6 million euros of revenue in 2025 and a target of 400 million euros by 2030, Dékuple is leaving nothing to chance in its growth trajectory. The majority stake acquired in Das Kapital, to form Das Kapital Dékuple Group in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marks the group’s entry into a region where it had no presence until now, and signals further moves to come.

Analysis by the experts at Auris Finance, advisors in mergers, acquisitions and financial engineering.

Dékuple is partnering with Hubert Boulos and Ramsey Naja to create Das Kapital Dekuple Group, a communications advisory agency based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, 51%-owned by the French group. Dékuple is now present in nine countries.

The group posted revenue of 242.6 million euros in 2025, up 11.4% on 2024. Digital marketing now accounts for more than 70% of its revenue. Internationalisation is accelerating: business outside France grew by 50% in the first quarter of 2026. Yet the international share remains limited; Dékuple is targeting 30% of its revenue internationally, compared with 15% today.

An expansion model built on co-entrepreneurship

What really sets Dékuple apart in its international strategy is the choice of a majority stake rather than a 100% acquisition. By partnering with established local entrepreneurs, the group aligns interests, preserves on-the-ground knowledge and quickly builds commercial roots, without the integration risks of a conventional acquisition in a culturally complex market.

Bertrand Laurioz, CEO of Dékuple, puts it plainly: “We begin with recognised expertise and a sharp understanding of the market, to which Dékuple brings the diversity of its capabilities, embodied by agencies such as Converteo, Reech and Brainsonic, and its ability to deploy across multiple countries.

Das Kapital already works with several major international brands in consumer goods and banking. Its founders have notably been involved in campaigns for Pepsi in Asia and the Middle East, in Wendy’s relaunch in the region, and in consulting engagements for CMA CGM, DKNY and Doha Bank.

A long-term vision in an uncertain geopolitical environment

The timing of the deal is worth noting. The Middle East is going through a period of significant geopolitical tensions in 2026. Dékuple is choosing to enter the market despite this backdrop, a strong signal of industrial conviction. Bertrand Laurioz states the vision: “Despite a difficult geopolitical environment in the Middle East throughout 2026, we have continued the discussions and projects initiated with Hubert Boulos and Ramsey Naja. We remain confident in the long-term growth potential of several emerging markets in the region.

More acquisitions on the way

This deal is no one-off. Bertrand Laurioz reveals that other potential countries are being targeted in Southern and Eastern Europe. A clear sign that Dékuple has entered a structured phase of international expansion, with a clear roadmap to double the share of its international revenue by 2030.
