The Montpellier-based software publisher continues its acquisition strategy and announces the acquisition of two Tech companies. It acquires Sinfin, a group based in Troyes, and Plezi, a company based in Marseille. Two moves that will enable LUNDI MATIN to reach a new strategic milestone. The experts at AURIS Finance, a financial advisory firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions, provide their analysis.

LUNDI MATIN, a French publisher of ERP, CRM, e-commerce and point-of-sale software solutions, has just announced the acquisition of two companies: Plezi, a specialist in B2B marketing automation, and Sinfin, the publisher of a PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform. With these two acquisitions, the group strengthens its offering for SMEs and mid-sized companies and secures a prime position in the management solutions market for retailers.

Commercial performance

Founded in Marseille, Plezi is a specialist in sales process automation. Its platform enables marketing teams to manage all their campaigns: email marketing, lead management, scoring and reporting, with the aim of more closely aligning marketing and sales. Plezi’s solution, designed to be simple and financially accessible, targets SMEs and mid-sized companies seeking improved sales performance.

Unified data management

Sinfin is a SaaS solution provider combining PIM/DAM and an order hub. In other words, by positioning itself as a unified back office for product data, Sinfin offers B2B and B2C retailers a platform that enables them to centralize, structure and distribute their product information across all sales channels. A valuable feature for merchants operating across multiple channels.

Integrated ecosystem

Since its creation in 2007, LUNDI MATIN, a management software publisher, has come a long way. The group develops ERP, CRM, e-commerce and point-of-sale solutions for several thousand companies, including very small businesses, SMEs, franchise networks and large corporations. To date, LUNDI MATIN employs 350 people and serves 6,000 customers. With the integration of Plezi and Sinfin, the group strengthens its overall strategy and is now able to cover the entire sales journey: from lead generation to product data management, including in-store and online sales, notably through its payment and checkout solutions.

Offensive growth

These two latest acquisitions are an integral part of a broader external growth strategy. From 2022 onwards, LUNDI MATIN accelerated its growth through numerous acquisitions: Oxatis, Wizaplace, Yuto (CRM software), Izberg, Uppler and TastyCloud, among others. Through these successive acquisitions, LUNDI MATIN, which describes itself as “the omnichannel specialist,” has adopted a platform-based approach capable of addressing the entire sales value chain.

Focus on AI

Beyond strengthening its software offering, LUNDI MATIN has also chosen to invest in skills and expertise. In the summer of 2025, the group acquired Diginamic, a computer science school specializing in training for development, data and artificial intelligence careers.
