Doryane BELLEGY HARDY: a diverse journey in the Hygiene and Beauty sector
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Doryane has built her career within major international groups operating in the hygiene, beauty and health markets. She has held various General Management positions, in France and Europe, for JOHNSON & JOHNSON and GEORGIA-PACIFIC. Doryane oversaw the development of iconic brands, such as Demak’Up, Vania, Nett, Lotus Bébé and Neutrogena.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Doryane has acquired and developed an SME specialising in communications consultancy. She is also dedicated to assisting managers with their M&A projects.
Her experience as an M&A consultant, entrepreneurial background, and expertise of the retail sector have enabled Doryane to take part in a large number of equity transactions, including restructurings, brand disposals and the dismantling of joint ventures.
