Wealthcome raises €15 million from Breega and BlackFin Capital Partners

Wealthcome lève 15 M€ auprès de Breega et BlackFin Capital Partners

Wealthcome, a Gironde-based publisher of software for wealth management professionals, is raising €15 million in a Series B round. The transaction is led by Breega, which is joining the shareholder base, with the participation of BlackFin Capital Partners, a shareholder since March 2025. Wealthcome thus brings the total amount raised to €22 million. The funds are intended to accelerate its rollout to networks, insurers, mutual insurers and banks.

Analysis by the experts at Auris Finance, M&A and financial engineering advisory firm.

Wealthcome publishes WealthPro, a platform that centralises wealth management professionals’ client data, portfolios, documents and regulatory information. In March 2025, the company raised €7 million from BlackFin Capital Partners. At that time, it served just over 300 firms and 2,500 professional users, and aggregated more than €20 billion in assets.

Eighteen months later, Wealthcome has more than 800 client firms, including independent advisers and family offices, and more than 6,000 users. The volume of aggregated assets exceeds €80 billion. The workforce has doubled over the period and now stands at around sixty employees.

Accelerating with key accounts

The first fundraising enabled Wealthcome to consolidate its presence across the entire market, from independent advisers to networks, and to equip several key accounts. The second is intended to accelerate this momentum with institutional players. To meet their requirements, the company intends to continue structuring its teams, increase its capacity for innovation and strengthen its compliance framework. Advisers already using the platform will also benefit from these developments.

“The 2025 Series A marked a real turning point for Wealthcome. It enabled us to consolidate our position in the market, by structuring the company around top-level profiles in every key function, from management to Product, Tech and customer experience,” says Cyprien Delmeule, Chief Executive Officer and founder.

Binom, artificial intelligence built on data

The transaction is accompanied by the launch of Binom, a suite of artificial intelligence tools integrated into WealthPro. Two features are available. The first converts audio conversations into structured know-your-client data. The second extracts information from client documents to pre-fill know-your-client and wealth data, without re-entry.

Further tools are to follow: a suitability assistant able to pre-draft sections of the report and flag any discrepancies, a module for querying wealth data and the product database, and an opportunity detection tool. Binom runs on sovereign infrastructure, and client information is not reused to train the models. The artificial intelligence works directly on the structured data in WealthPro, without manual transfer to a general-purpose tool.

A long-standing shareholder reinvesting

The transaction combines the entry of a new fund with the reinvestment of an existing shareholder. Benjamin Deplus, Partner at Breega, sees Wealthcome as the future data repository for wealth management, the foundation for taking full advantage of agentic artificial intelligence.

For Chloé Novène, Investment Director at BlackFin Capital Partners, the company has changed scale since the fund’s first investment, structured its governance and considerably strengthened the maturity of its management. In her view, the reinvestment reflects the fund’s commitment to a long-term partnership with the management team.
