GO NUTS, a Lyon-based SME specializing in 100% organic spreads, nut butters, and purées, receives support from responsible dried fruit leader Un Air d’Ici.
Founded in 2016 by Raissa and Marc Caussanel, GO NUTS has experienced rapid growth in its market. In addition to its core expertise in peanut butters and nut purées, the company has also developed know-how in chocolate and ice cream production.
Un Air d’Ici, an SME based in Vaucluse and led by its founder Franck Bonfils, is a market leader in organic seeds and dried fruits, particularly through its flagship brand Juste Bio. Each year, the company sources and processes more than 5,000 tons of organic dried fruits and seeds, distributing them to over 5,000 retail outlets, with a strong commitment to reducing food waste and minimizing packaging pollution.
The founders of GO NUTS made the strategic decision to seek a strategic partner and appointed AURIS Finance as their exclusive advisor. Following a limited competitive process, Un Air d’Ici was selected for the strength and relevance of its industrial project.
With the support of Un Air d’Ici, GO NUTS now aims to become the leading brand for nut butters and purées in organic specialty retail. The company plans to accelerate its growth and investment strategy while benefiting from strong synergies with the Un Air d’Ici group.
