The group operates under different brands with more than 20 locations in Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine.
Displaying sustained growth since its creation, the group now has 1,200 temporary workers delegated daily and a permanent workforce of 65 employees.
The acquisition of PROFILS EMPLOIS allows it to increase its positions in Occitanie while developing its human resources service offerings.
In addition to their geographical and business complementarity, OXYGÈNE INTÉRIM and PROFILS EMPLOIS will be able to optimize their framework agreements through the pooling of their temporary worker base. This implementation will be facilitated thanks to the common information system.
The development of the JOB agencies will be ensured by the former sales director of PROFILS EMPLOIS, who has become the territorial director of OXYGENE INTERIM following this merger. These agencies will rely on the support functions of the OXYGÈNE INTÉRIM group to accelerate their development.
