With over 25 years of experience leading healthcare groups, Philippe has developed a vast network and recognized expertise in executing M&A operations within this sector.

He has held Presidency and General Management roles at major groups such as Cerba Healthcare and Ramsay Générale de Santé, where he participated in several LBOs and led mergers and acquisitions involving healthcare facilities and private practice companies.

Previously, Philippe also worked for a subsidiary of GE Healthcare, and headed the Centrale d'Achat de l'Hospitalisation Privée et Publique (CAHPP), one of France's largest purchasing hubs for medical devices and pharmaceuticals, further strengthening his mastery of the sector’s strategic and operational challenges.
