Throughout his distinguished career at IBM (Vice President of IBM Global Services France), OSIATIS (Executive Managing Director), and ManpowerGroup (President France, then Southern Europe), Alain has led large-scale transformation, external growth, and optimization strategies.

A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, Alain joins AURIS Finance to support business leaders in their growth, strategic repositioning, and exit projects, leveraging his deep understanding of the human and technological challenges specific to these sectors.
