Its sourcing is conducted in close partnership with over 200 producers across Europe, enabling the company to offer a continuously available portfolio of more than 1,600 references.
SAVENCIA is an independent family-owned group listed on Euronext Paris and one of the world’s leading dairy processors. It is the second-largest cheese producer in France and the fifth worldwide. Focused on premium dairy and cheese specialties, the group owns several iconic brands such as Caprice des Dieux, Elle & Vire, St Môret, and Tartare. SAVENCIA operates in over 120 countries, employs more than 22,000 people, and generates annual revenues of €6.8 billion. OLGA made the strategic decision to divest this business unit and appointed AURIS Finance as its exclusive advisor. Following a limited competitive process, SAVENCIA was selected to acquire the activity.
