Created by Emile Augereau in 1973, the AUGERAU biscuit factory specialises in the production of regional biscuits such as Tourteau Fromager and the famous “Broyé du Poitou”.
The 3rd generation, led by Fréderic AUGEREAU, has kept the family know-how alive, a guarantee of tradition, taste and quality, rewarded several times in regional competitions.
TRADITION DU NORD groups together several companies specialising in biscuits and confectionery, including the famous Comptoir des Flandres brand. Managed by Vincent DUPREZ, this acquisition will allow the Group to pool the commercial and logistical activities of its biscuit factories.
