OLGA (formerly Triballat-Noyal), a pioneering company in organic agriculture and plant-based nutrition, has announced the sale of its Plant-Based Catering division to ARIV.
OLGA’s Plant-Based Catering Division: A Portfolio of Strong Brands
The Plant-Based Catering division of the OLGA Group includes several of its leading brands — Avec Joie, Sojasun Traiteur, and La Fabrique des Veggies — primarily distributed through organic retail channels. The business, employing around 30 people, is based in Châteaugiron, Brittany.
ARIV: A New Agri-Food Player in Brittany
ARIV was created specifically for this acquisition by Michel Charrier, President of the MIREOLIAN Group — a specialist in intermediate food products — and Marc Bouetté.
A Strategic Transaction for Both Parties
This divestment allows OLGA to refocus on its core strategic priorities, while ARIV aims to strengthen its presence in organic retail networks and accelerate product distribution in this fast-growing segment.
Through this transaction, facilitated by AURIS Finance, both companies are positioning themselves for continued growth and innovation in sustainable and responsible food production.
