DEODIS provides a comprehensive range of services, including Service Management, Cloud Management, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Operational Governance.
Founded in 2003, ITAMSYS is a Lyon-based digital services firm focused on distributing and integrating ITSM (IT Service Management) solutions, with particular expertise in solutions provided by the software vendor Easyvista.
This strategic acquisition aligns with a shared vision to accelerate the growth of both companies and to foster mutually beneficial synergies. ITAMSYS will gain access to a broader network of major corporate clients and technological partners, while DEODIS will strengthen its regional presence and expand its service offerings, particularly in ITSM solutions.
The role of AURIS Finance
AURIS Finance structured the project by identifying regional players that align with DEODIS’s external growth objectives. A dialogue with various players was conducted by AURIS Finance, and ITAMSYS was identified as the ideal candidate due to its geographical location, ITSM expertise, and the values upheld by its founders.
