The recruitment group, Aboutir Emploi, and its network of 25 employment agencies in Western France continue to grow by acquiring the Talents Nature brand in Les Sorinières (44).
The group, created by Jean-Marc Boutineau in 2005 in La Rochelle, now comprises a network of 26 agencies and 5 brands dedicated to recruitment (temporary, fixed-term, permanent, seasonal work, etc.).
Founded in 2012, TALENTS NATURE is an employment agency specialized in land-based professions (agriculture, landscaping, public works, etc.) and has a strong reputation in the Pays-de-la-Loire region.
This acquisition enables the ABOUTIR Emploi group to expand its current offering and leverage TALENTS NATURE’s expertise to further develop this specialty around its existing locations.
The group of 100 employees, whose values are respect, teamwork, professionalism, listening, and recognition, is located within proximity to both businesses and job seekers.

The Aboutir Emploi group had already acquired the Transparence RH brand in 2017 and the Artman Interim agencies in 2021, which are all now connected under the Aboutir Emploi brand.
With these new locations, the group, whose turnover is up by 10% this year, will consolidate its position in western France, from Brittany to Charente via Vendée, Loire Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Deux-Sèvres, Charente-Maritime, and Vienne.
The Aboutir Emploi group, which celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, is also a member of the Réséo network: 250 agencies in France and abroad.
